Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer- we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

    •    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located internationally, please reach out- we’re happy to explore options.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be accepted for return:

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

    •    All original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale:

    •    Custom or made-to-order pieces

    •    Worn or used items

    •    Sale items

How to Start a Return

If approved, we’ll provide next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
